Partnerships to promote gender balance and inclusive culture.

With its partnerships, BIP commits every year to foster a more inclusive culture with a specific focus on gender balance by delivering several courses on the topic.

Building a workplace where entrepreneurship is the norm

We published several policies to promote equal opportunities, promote and protect Human Rights and preventing harassment and bullying. A specific focus has been put on the use of inclusive language to avoid biases, slang, and expressions that discriminate against groups of people based on race, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, and ability.

Italy has received the Gender Equality Certification by the Women Winning Institute, the ISO30415 and UNIPDR125 certifications.

Supporting the entrepreneurs’ community with our Inclusion&Uniqueness Week

The Inclusion&Uniqueness Week is a special time for every BIPer; every year we gather for one week during which we get the chance to attend diverse events and speeches that share the same goal: to foster a more inclusive culture within the firm. The theme of the event is Inclusion and BIPers around the world are invited to participate as a speaker or event organizer as an opportunity to add value.

Investing in individualized talents

BIP’s Accelerator for Inclusion is a program aimed to support our talents growth within the Company paving their path to leadership roles. The program encourages cross-fertilization of different leadership style through the meeting of different genders, generations, nationalities. It also supports the development of competencies and skills through generative dialogue among colleagues with different experiences, backgrounds and seniority.

Dedicated programs for BIP Leaders

BIP’s Inclusive Leadership Program is a milestone course for all BIP’s people starting their roles as managers designed with the aim of understanding the importance of allyship and gender equity in leadership, learn how to engage and collaborate in a multi-generational workplace, building skills in inclusive communication and fostering psychological safety and exploring what Inclusive Leadership is.

With project s such as the Impulsiona, the Education for rural zone and the 4Weeks4Inclusion event we promote and collaborate to help young people in situation of vulnerability, create job opportunities that can be accessed through technology and promote employment for people with disabilities by connecting young graduates and companies.
