Biography
Paolo Re is CEO of BIP US and brings an international background across consulting, technology, and market development. He began his career in the Netherlands in the Consumer Goods sector before moving into consulting for the Telecommunications industry. He joined BIP in 2005, leading projects across Telecom, Media, and Energy. In 2010, he spearheaded BIP’s expansion into Brazil, transforming a small initial presence into a practice of over 650 professionals and BIP second-largest market. After 14 years in Latin America, he took over the leadership of BIP US in 2024, focused on strengthening and accelerating growth in the world’s largest consulting market while leveraging the BIP's recent strategic acquisitions. Passionate about arts, opera, and cycling, he believes strongly in the human dimension as a driver of organizational success.
